The workshop helped the staff to assess their personalities, understand the work culture, avoid idle gossip , go for an open door policy, have an effective team environment and have friends outside work.

This workshop was conducted with the children to emphasise positive thinking . How thinking good health gives good vibes to the body and is instrumental in keeping us healthy, how thinking affirmative leads to a solution to a problem . Role plays and situations were made use of to portray a physical condition, a problem, and how there are effective ways to control the same with the power of the mind ..by using the mind .
